The location was convenient, right in the main street and easy to find. the breakfast offered was delectable and energizing. the balcony view was very pleasing with a lot of sunshine and fresh air.

The price of the items in the room was astronomical, making it very nerve-wracking who have to watch their step to avoid breaking them. the soundproofing was inadequate, as we could clearly hear the noise from outside and the neighboring rooms, affecting our rest.

We stayed in this hotel apartment for a night. It was close to the city square and several restaurants. the balcony had a nice view of the surrounding areas. the furniture in the room looked authentic and new, and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was served at the restaurant opposite to the hotel. the staff members were welcoming and helpful.

The room was smaller than we had anticipated.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance from essential places and restaurants. , the balcony of the room provided an excellent view to appreciate the city vibes. the breakfast had delicious food, especially the hot drink offered with it.

One disadvantage was that the room was too small to accommodate a family, and the comfort didn't match the amount paid for a one-night stay. , the ambiance didn't provide adequate privacy since the balconies were separated by half-walls.

I was initially concerned about the location and parking situation, but once I arrived at Boutique Ethno, I discovered it was perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just seconds away from the main square. The hotel itself was cozy and clean, with a charming and tasteful interior decor. I particularly enjoyed waking up to the sound of church bells. Although the room wasn't entirely soundproof, my stay was peaceful and undisturbed. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

The location, building, and interior were perfect! The balcony and Gyumri vibes were enjoyable. Delicious breakfast, especially the Yaghli. Welcoming staff and pleasant service.
